What is a Careerpluz franchise?
A partnership to establish an approved Careerpluz training centre under written brand, course, operational and commercial terms. An enquiry is not an approval or a reserved territory.
What is the difference between FOFO and FOCO?
FOFO means Franchise Owned, Franchise Operated: the partner invests and manages daily operations. FOCO means Franchise Owned, Company Operated: the partner provides the agreed investment while the company manages the activities specifically assigned in the contract.
Which model suits a first-time entrepreneur?
FOFO may suit someone ready to manage staff, admissions, marketing and finances. FOCO may suit someone preferring company-managed operations and accepting the agreed financial risks and responsibilities. Discuss your experience and local market; neither model guarantees success.
How much investment is required?
Investment depends on the city, premises, equipment, course mix, staffing and model. Request an itemised written proposal after feasibility review. The investment-capacity choices in the form are enquiry preferences, not quoted package prices.
Can I choose the courses?
Share your preferences. The final catalogue depends on approval, qualified trainers, facilities, applicable permissions and local demand. Not every course is available at every centre.
Are admissions, profits or investor returns guaranteed?
No guaranteed admissions, earnings, profit, payback period or returns are offered on this page. FOCO does not automatically mean passive income. Results depend on actual enrolment, pricing, costs and execution.
Does a franchise automatically grant recognition or certification rights?
No. A franchise agreement does not itself grant government recognition, scheme empanelment, accreditation, statutory approval or permission to issue another organisation's credentials. Verify the issuer and any external authorisations separately.
When can I use the brand or open the centre?
Only after the agreement, applicable payments, permissions and required setup and launch approvals are complete. Submitting this form does not authorise brand use.
What if I close or transfer the centre?
The agreement must define notice, termination, dues, student continuity, transfer approval, brand removal and asset settlement. Review these terms before committing.
